After 5 repairmen from the company who installed my AC did nothing to fix my AC which was leaking into my ceilings, the restoration company suggested I call 3B. It was not an easy fix, but Al found and repaired the problems. It required a few service calls to complete, but my AC is now working as it should! Al came early and stayed late, returned to check on things over the weekend and made sure all was working well. The cost, which could have been quite high, was very reasonable. He was much more knowledgeable than the company repairmen from whom I originally bought the unit. It is his own company, and he really does know what he’s doing!! I appreciated his honesty and his work ethic.

A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality
Clear, respectful communication with customers
Honesty, even when the easy answer would be different
A willingness to learn and take feedback
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for field roles
EPA Section 608 certification or HVAC training for technician roles, or a willingness to earn it

Roles We May Hire for in the Future

Our future openings will follow the needs of our customers. As 3B Heating & Air grows, we expect to add positions such as:

HVAC Service Technician

Service technicians diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems, including AC units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless mini-splits. This role suits experienced technicians who enjoy troubleshooting and explaining their findings to customers.

HVAC Installer

Installers handle system changeouts and new installations, from removing old equipment to setting, connecting, and testing new systems. This role suits people who take pride in clean, careful, code-compliant work.

HVAC Apprentice

Apprentices learn the trade in the field alongside our owners and technicians. This role suits motivated people who are new to HVAC and want structured, hands-on training.

Customer Service and Scheduling

Office team members answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed. This role suits organized, friendly communicators who understand how much a fast, clear response matters to someone without AC.
