After 5 repairmen from the company who installed my AC did nothing to fix my AC which was leaking into my ceilings, the restoration company suggested I call 3B. It was not an easy fix, but Al found and repaired the problems. It required a few service calls to complete, but my AC is now working as it should! Al came early and stayed late, returned to check on things over the weekend and made sure all was working well. The cost, which could have been quite high, was very reasonable. He was much more knowledgeable than the company repairmen from whom I originally bought the unit. It is his own company, and he really does know what he’s doing!! I appreciated his honesty and his work ethic.

Florida's heat, humidity, salt air, and summer storms push HVAC equipment hard, especially from April through November. Our services keep your system running reliably in these conditions, with honest diagnostics and flat-rate pricing you see before any work begins.

Cooling Services

Your air conditioner does most of the work in a Tampa Bay home. We keep it cooling evenly, controlling humidity, and running efficiently through the longest summers.

AC Repair

3B Heating & Air provides AC repair for homes and light commercial properties in Wesley Chapel and Tampa Bay. Our technicians replace motors, coils, and compressors; fix refrigerant leaks and frozen coils; clear drain lines; and correct electrical faults at a flat-rate price.

AC Installation and Replacement

3B Heating & Air offers AC installation and replacement sized to each property's cooling load. We install new systems from most leading brands, recommend replacement only when repair no longer makes sense, and back every installation with labor and manufacturer parts warranties.

AC Maintenance

We provide AC maintenance through spring and fall tune-ups that keep systems efficient during Florida's long cooling season. Each visit includes drain line clearing, a refrigerant check, capacitor testing, an electrical inspection, and inspections of the air handler and condenser.

Ductless Mini Split Services

3B Heating & Air delivers ductless mini split installation, repair, and maintenance for spaces that need cooling without ductwork. Our team installs ductless systems for home additions, garages, converted rooms, and areas that the central AC system cannot cool properly.

Zone Control Systems

We install zone control systems that divide a home into separate temperature areas, each with its own thermostat. Zoning from 3B Heating & Air lets homeowners cool occupied rooms more and unused rooms less, improving comfort and reducing wasted energy.

Heating Services

Florida winters are short, but a cold snap still exposes a weak heating system. We service electric and gas equipment to keep your home warm when temperatures drop.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

3B Heating & Air offers heat pump installation and replacement for homes across Pasco and Hillsborough County. We size each heat pump to the home, install efficient systems that handle both heating and cooling, and include warranty coverage on every new installation.

Heat Pump Repair and Maintenance

We provide heat pump repair and maintenance for systems that blow cold air, run constantly, short-cycle, or fail to switch modes. Each maintenance visit covers refrigerant levels, electrical components, and the reversing valve to keep the system reliable year-round.

Furnace Installation and Replacement

3B Heating & Air performs furnace installation and replacement for gas and electric systems. Our technicians size each furnace to the home's heating needs, confirm repair is no longer cost-effective before recommending replacement, and quote a flat-rate price before work begins.

Furnace Repair

We provide furnace repair for gas and electric furnaces that will not ignite, short-cycle, or blow cool air. Our technicians repair ignition systems, blower motors, heat strips, and safety controls to restore safe, steady heat during Florida cold snaps.

Furnace Maintenance

3B Heating & Air delivers furnace maintenance for gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat strips before the cooler months arrive. Each tune-up includes burner, electrical connection, and safety control checks so the system runs safely after sitting idle through summer.

Thermostat Installation and Replacement

3B Heating & Air offers thermostat installation and replacement, including programmable and smart thermostat models. We confirm compatibility with each HVAC system, install and configure the new thermostat, and repair faulty controls that cause short cycling or uneven temperatures.

Boiler Services

We provide boiler services for homes and light commercial properties in Tampa Bay that rely on boiler heat. Our technicians repair and maintain boiler systems, including burners, controls, and safety components, to keep heat steady and reliable during the cooler months.

Germicidal UV light installed in an air handler

Indoor Air Quality Services

High humidity and closed-up homes can trap moisture, dust, and allergens indoors. We install and service air handlers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, UV lights, and electronic filter boxes to help your system deliver cleaner, more comfortable air. Air duct cleaning is also available.

Outdoor AC condenser installed on a concrete pad

Commercial HVAC Services

A failed AC unit can shut down a storefront, a medical office, or a gas station for the day. We repair, maintain, and replace light commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons for small businesses across Tampa Bay.

We explain every finding to the owner or property manager, and quote flat-rate pricing before work begins.

Comfort Membership Maintenance Plans

Regular maintenance is the simplest way to extend your system's life and avoid peak-season breakdowns. Both plans include two visits per year, in spring and fall.

Plan	Price	What's Included
Essential	$9/month (about $108/year)	Drain line clearing, refrigerant check, electrical inspection, capacitor test, filter check, air handler and condenser inspection, 5% off repairs
Premier	$15/month (about $180/year)	Everything in Essential, plus condenser coil washing, evaporator coil cleaning, priority scheduling, 10% off repairs

Members also pay a reduced service call fee: $49 on Essential and $19 on Premier, waived when we perform the repair.
