$79 Diagnostic Fee, Waived With Repair

Our standard diagnostic fee is $79, and we waive it in full when you approve the recommended repair. That means you only pay for the fix, not for finding the problem. We explain what we found and give you a flat-rate price before any work starts.

Free Estimates on New Systems

3B Heating & Air provides free estimates on new system installations and replacements. We inspect your current setup, size the right system for your home or business, and explain your options clearly, with no pressure to buy equipment you do not need.

Save All Year With a Comfort Membership

Our Comfort Membership plans turn routine maintenance into ongoing savings. Both plans include two maintenance visits per year, in spring and fall, along with member-only discounts on repairs and service calls.

Essential Plan: $9 per Month

The Essential Plan provides two tune-ups per year with drain line clearing, a refrigerant check, an electrical inspection, a capacitor test, a filter check, and an air handler and condenser inspection. Members save 5% on all repairs and pay a reduced $49 service call fee, waived when the repair is performed.

Premier Plan: $15 per Month

The Premier Plan includes everything in Essential, plus condenser coil washing, evaporator coil cleaning, and priority scheduling. Premier members save 10% on all repairs and pay just a $19 service call fee, waived when the repair is performed. It is our best value for homeowners who want maximum protection.

Membership plans cover standard residential split systems, are billed monthly, and can be canceled with 30 days' written notice.

Flexible Financing Options

A new HVAC system is a major investment, and we want it to fit your budget. 3B Heating & Air offers financing through Synchrony, FTL, and HFS. Available plans and terms depend on lender credit approval, and our team can help you review your options before you commit.
